This is a setup service. It configures a third-party chat app (for example Shopify Inbox, Tidio or a similar tool). That app may have its own free tier or a paid monthly subscription depending on the features and message volume you choose — that cost is billed by the app provider and is not included in this one-time setup fee. We recommend the right fit for your needs and confirm any scope or price before we start.
