Possible third-party costs. Some builds need a low-cost outside service — Shopify hosting, a domain, or a scheduling app — billed by that provider, not by us. We flag anything like that before it is needed, never after.

How much should a small business website cost?
For a five to ten page site built by a professional, expect $450 to $900 here. Southwest Florida agencies commonly quote $3,000 to $8,000 for the same scope, and national firms go higher. The cheap end — a $20-a-month drag-and-drop builder — gets you a page, but no SEO structure underneath it.
Why are your prices lower than other Fort Myers agencies?
Because AI drafts the repetitive work — layouts, first-draft copy, schema, meta tags, alt text — and a human reviews and finishes it. Fewer billable hours for the same finished pages. We are not cutting scope; we are cutting the hours the scope takes.
Is there a monthly fee?
Not for the build. A website build is a one-time purchase and the site is yours. The monthly plans ($360, $720, $1,200) are optional and only cover ongoing local and AI search work after launch.
What does website maintenance cost per month?
Shopify hosting runs from about $39/month paid directly to Shopify, and a domain is roughly $15 a year. We do not charge a maintenance retainer. If you want ongoing search work, that is the Foundation plan at $360.
Do I pay everything upfront?
Half to start, half on delivery. Note that Shopify's checkout charges the full amount in one go today, so if you want the split we arrange it directly — tell us before you buy.
What if I only need a few things fixed?
Then buy the pieces. On-page SEO setup is $299, a spam-proof and secure form setup is $119, keyword research is $119, and a written SEO/GEO blog post is $89. There is no minimum.
