How long does it take?
Two to three business days. It is run by hand, not generated instantly, because the AI-citation test involves actually asking the assistants and reading what comes back. The map-grid scan, the profile audit and the website scan are done in the same pass, and the finished report arrives by email with no sales call.
Do I have to buy anything afterwards?
No. The five fixes are written so you can do them yourself if you want to. Plenty of people take the report and run with it. If you would rather we did the work, the prices are published. Why is my business not showing up on Google Maps?
Usually one of four things: the profile is unverified or has a category mismatch, your name/address/phone data conflicts across directories, your website gives Google nothing to connect the profile to, or you are simply outside the radius where Google thinks you are relevant. The geo-grid scan tells you which one it is.
Will this tell me if ChatGPT recommends my business?
Yes — that is the part nobody else in Southwest Florida is measuring. We ask the assistants the questions your customers would ask, record which businesses get named, and show you the transcript. We cannot control what an AI assistant says, so the report shows what happened on the day we tested, not a promise of future mentions.
What do you need from me to run it?
Your business name, your city and, if you have one, your website or Google listing. If you have no website yet, the report still covers your map ranking, AI visibility and profile, and the fixes tell you where a website would help most. That is all the form asks for, plus an optional note on what you are hoping to fix.
Will you use my details for marketing?
