You set it up and pay; we configure it. Our fee covers the one-time setup work only. Klaviyo is a third-party platform — you create the account and pay Klaviyo directly. Some items may require ongoing monthly third-party fees billed by that provider — Reviews may require a paid Klaviyo plan depending on your volume — not a one-time cost. We then build and configure everything inside your account, which you own. All third-party fees are billed to you by that provider, never by us.
