It works best when your pages are clear and accurate, and we cannot promise any ranking, mention or lead.

What is the AI Chat + Ask AI Package?

It is two features built into your website as one package. The first is an on-site AI chat panel, like the one on Lumina Skin Sanctuary: a floating chat button that opens a branded panel where visitors type questions and get answers drawn from your own pages, with links to book, call or request a quote. The second is our Ask AI + Share section, with a question picker, one-tap buttons that open ChatGPT, Google AI Mode and Perplexity, and a Share row. It is a one-time setup, and both features belong to your site.

How much does the package cost?

The package is $549 for new clients and $384 for AI Website Design clients, as a one-time setup fee. Buying a guided Smart Chat Box ($292 new) and the Ask AI + Share setup ($299 new) separately comes to $591, and the package adds a true AI chat panel rather than a quick-reply box. The AI chat usage and hosting are billed by the providers, as explained in the quote. David confirms scope and timing before work starts.

Can I pay 50% down?

Yes. Choose the 50% deposit option at checkout to pay half today. The remaining half is invoiced when the work is complete, and David confirms the timing for your project. You can also pay in full. Memberships and monthly plans are different: they are paid at the full monthly price at checkout. Packages and memberships are not refundable.

How is this different from the Smart Chat Box?

The Smart Chat Box is a guided assistant that uses quick-reply buttons and written FAQ answers. The AI chat in this package lets visitors type a question in their own words and get an answer written from your site content, with booking and contact links, in a floating panel styled to your brand. Because it connects to outside AI and hosting services, it costs more to set up and has usage fees from those providers, which we explain in the quote.

Does the AI chat answer from my website only?

We set it up to answer from your own pages, prices, hours and policies, and to send people to your booking or contact page when it cannot answer. We write a short rule list so it does not invent services, prices or promises. AI answers can still be imperfect, so we test common questions with you before it goes live, and you should review the answers it gives over time. We cannot guarantee that every answer will be accurate.

Are ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, Perplexity, the hosting services and the AI chat model part of your service?

No. ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, website hosting services and any chat widget or AI model are independent services that we do not own or control. They can change their terms, features, links, availability or pricing at any time, and their answers may vary. Any paid plan, account or usage fee from those providers is the customer's own cost. We build and install the features on your site, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by those providers.

Will I pay a monthly fee?

Not to us for the setup, which is a one-time fee. The AI chat does use outside services, and those can bill by usage, such as a hosting account and AI model use. For a small business these are usually modest, and we explain the setup and the expected costs in the quote, so you hold the accounts. Your Shopify plan and domain are billed separately, as for any site. We cannot promise exact usage costs.
