Which website care plan should I choose?
- Choose Essentials if you have a small brochure site of up to 5 pages and want it kept updated, backed up and monitored without thinking about it.
- Choose Plus if your site has up to 15 pages and you want regular edits, a monthly speed tune-up and same-day help when something breaks. It is the most popular plan.
- Choose Pro if you are an established local business and want your site watched for local and AI-search problems, with rank tracking and a quarterly strategy check-in.
- Choose Managed if you run a large site or several sites and want ten hours a month, backlink monitoring, map-pack tracking and one person who knows your account.

Essentials keeps a site of up to 5 pages updated, backed up and monitored, with 30 minutes of content edits a month and next-business-day email support. Plus covers up to 15 pages and adds 1.5 hours of edits, a monthly speed tune-up for Core Web Vitals, same-day priority fixes, a monthly performance report and seasonal banner and promo swaps. Plus suits businesses that change their site regularly.
Do I need Pro, or is Plus enough?
Plus is enough if you mainly want upkeep, edits and fast fixes. Pro is for businesses that want their site actively optimized: it adds up to 4 hours of work a month, automated local and AI-search monitoring that applies safe fixes on a schedule, keyword rank tracking, Google Business Profile monitoring and a quarterly strategy check-in. Bigger changes are flagged for your approval before anything is applied.
What does the Managed plan include?
Managed includes everything in Pro, plus up to 10 hours of work each month, backlink and toxic-link monitoring with disavow, Local Falcon map-pack heat-map tracking where a Google Business Profile exists, a dedicated account contact and bi-weekly reporting. It is built for businesses with a large site of 30-plus pages or more than one website, and it starts at $699 a month with the final price set by scope.
What do the care plans not cover?
Care plans cover upkeep, edits and improvements. Bigger projects, such as full new-product setup, cart and checkout reconfiguration or connecting new marketplaces, are quoted separately because they depend on scope. If you are not sure whether something is included, ask before you start and we will tell you plainly. We also cannot promise any ranking or traffic result from monitoring and tune-ups.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
Care plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. They are memberships paid at the full monthly price at checkout, and monthly memberships are not refundable. The 50% deposit option applies to our one-time services, not to monthly plans.
