Which chat setup should I choose?
- Choose the Chat Widget if you want a branded chat that answers from your own pages, hands messages to you, or does both.
- Choose the Smart Chat Box if you want a guided assistant with quick-reply buttons that points people to services, prices and booking and captures their details.
- Choose Ask AI + Share if you want visitors to ask the AI assistants they already use about your business, and to share your pages in one tap, without running a chat.
- Choose the AI Chat + Ask AI Package if you want both a real AI chat on your site and the Ask AI section. It costs less than buying a Smart Chat Box and Ask AI + Share separately.
- Choose Super Chat if you want the top tier: a typed Ask box, your own AI chat, five assistants and a summary of what visitors asked.

How much does website chat setup cost?
Setup is a one-time fee. For new clients, the Website Chat Widget is $259, the Smart Chat Box is $292, Ask AI + Share is $299, the AI Chat + Ask AI Package is $549 and Super Chat + Super Ask AI Search is $849. AI Website Design clients pay $181, $194, $209, $384 and $594. Outside AI and hosting usage fees are billed by those providers and explained in the quote.
What is the difference between the Smart Chat Box and the AI Chat package?
The Smart Chat Box is a guided assistant that uses quick-reply buttons and written FAQ answers. The AI chat in the AI Chat + Ask AI Package lets visitors type a question in their own words and get an answer written from your site content, with booking and contact links. Because it connects to outside AI and hosting services, it costs more to set up and has usage fees from those providers.
Do I need a chat if I just want people to ask AI about my business?
No. Ask AI + Share gives visitors a question picker and one-tap buttons that open ChatGPT, Google AI Mode and Perplexity with a ready question, plus a Share row for link, email, text and Facebook. It does not run a chat on your site, so there is no AI usage to pay for. It works best when your pages are clear and accurate.
What does Super Chat add over the AI Chat + Ask AI Package?
Super Chat adds a typed Ask box where visitors write any question in their own words, more assistants to send it to (Claude and Copilot, alongside ChatGPT, Google AI Mode and Perplexity) and a usage summary showing what visitors asked. If you only need a chat and the basic buttons, the package is the better value, and you can step up later.
Will an AI chat make up answers?
We set the chat up to answer from your own pages, prices, hours and policies, and to send people to your booking or contact page when it cannot answer. We write a short rule list so it does not invent services, prices or promises and test common questions with you before launch. AI answers can still be imperfect, so review them over time. We cannot guarantee every answer.
Can I pay 50% down?
Yes. Every one-time chat setup has a 50% deposit option. Choose it at checkout to pay half today. The remaining half is invoiced when the work is complete, and you can also pay in full. David confirms scope and timing with you before work begins. Third-party AI, hosting and chat services are independent providers and are billed by them, not by us.
