What is Super Chat + Super Ask AI Search?

It is our top chat tier for your website. Visitors type a question into an Ask box built into your site, and can send it to your on-site AI chat panel for an answer drawn from your own pages, or to other AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, Perplexity, Claude and Copilot. It also includes a Share row and a simple usage summary of the questions asked. It is a one-time setup, and the features belong to your site.

How much does it cost?

It is $849 for new clients and $594 for AI Website Design clients, as a one-time setup fee. That is above the AI Chat + Ask AI Package ($549 new), because the Ask box, the extra assistants and the usage summary are added on top of the AI chat panel. Outside AI and hosting usage fees are billed by those providers and are explained in the quote. David confirms scope and timing before work starts.

Can I pay 50% down?

Yes. Choose the 50% deposit option at checkout to pay half today. The remaining half is invoiced when the work is complete, and David confirms the timing for your project. You can also pay in full. Memberships and monthly plans are different: they are paid at the full monthly price at checkout. Packages and memberships are not refundable.

How is this different from the AI Chat + Ask AI Package?

The package gives you the AI chat panel and the Ask AI section with a question picker and buttons. Super Chat + Super Ask AI Search adds a typed Ask box, where visitors write any question in their own words, plus more assistants to send it to and a usage summary showing what visitors asked. If you only need a chat and the basic buttons, the package is the better value.

What happens when a visitor types a question?

The visitor can send it to your on-site chat, which answers from your own pages and links to booking or contact, or open another assistant with the question ready. Some assistants do not accept a ready-made question in a link, so for those the question is copied and the visitor pastes it. We add a line asking the assistant to use only your website as its source, but outside assistants may still answer differently.

Are ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, Perplexity, Claude, Copilot, the hosting services and the AI chat model part of your service?

No. ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, website hosting services and any chat widget or AI model are independent services that we do not own or control. They can change their terms, features, links, availability or pricing at any time, and their answers may vary. Any paid plan, account or usage fee from those providers is the customer's own cost. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by those providers.

Will I pay a monthly fee?

Not to us for the setup, which is a one-time fee. The AI chat uses outside services that can bill by usage, such as a hosting account and AI model use. These costs depend on how many visitors chat, and we explain the setup and the expected costs in the quote so you hold the accounts. Your Shopify plan and domain are billed separately, as for any site. We cannot promise exact usage costs.
